Spatial distribution and regional difference of carbon emissions efficiency of industrial energy in China

Abstract The three-stage super-efficiency slack-based measure and data envelopment analysis (SBM-DEA) model with undesirable outputs is used to calculate carbon emissions efficiency of industrial energy (CEEIE) 30 provinces in China from 2000 2017. Then ArcGIS software illustrate the spatial distribution CEEIE, Dagum Gini ratio calculated decompose regional difference. results show that CEEIE changes disorder order characterized high or low cluster space over time. total coefficient indicates interprovincial difference across gradually expanding, which mainly induced by between regions. Our findings attach more importance interregional integration policies for reduction China.
